Wrist Pain With Biceps Curl Exercises: What Causes It And What To Do About It
For those of you who lift weights, Jeff is a good trainer to listen to. In this video he describes a type of wrist pain that's common to weight lifters involving the Triangular Fibrocartilage Complex, which includes cartilage and ligaments that are sometimes strained and torn.
"Wrist and forearm pain are a common complaint among lifters. Many people who lift weights will feel pain on the inside of their wrists that can often travel down the inside portion of their forearm. This happens most often when the weight lifted is towards the heavier end of your range."This article originally appeared at TennisElbowClassroom.com - Read the full post here:

Tennis Elbow Treatment Strategy - Tennis Elbow 101
In the previous episode 'Epicenter At The Epicondyle' we talked about the nature of Golfer's and Tennis Elbow injuries…
Including how the injury is almost always a gradual, chronic one – Not sudden and acute…
And how the problem is one of Degeneration – Not inflammation. How it's really Tendinosis not Tendonitis.
And THAT calls for a completely different treatment approach!
So, now we're going to map out that strategy, which is going to focus on the big objective, of reversing the tendon degeneration.
And here's the link to the article and video I mention in the episode:
